We bought a Groupon to this place; a man named "Andrew" did the massage. At the end, he asked for the Groupon which had already been redeemed when the appointment was made. He called "Monica", who made the appointment, twice. Another employee there told him that there was a note that it was prepaid in the schedule. You can forget trying to call to set up an appointment because they do not answer phones nor do they call back when you leave voicemail messages. My wife and I had no choice but to show up in person. When we got there there was a sign saying that they were with a client and would be done by 3 pm. Didn't see a person until almost 4 pm. I was really hoping to love this place but I didn’t. We were asked if we had ever had reflexology before and when we said yes and told her where, she cut them down, which was not a good sign. I went in on a Groupon deal for a 60 minutes foot reflexology and got 45 minutes. When they asked how I liked it I mentioned it was good but short and was told it is only 50 minutes like all other massage places…. If it’s 50 minutes then advertise 50 minutes like all other places. I had my doubts about both the benefits of reflexology and trying a new place. Location doesn't look like anything from the outside but the set up inside is great and, most importantly, the service was amazing. Have never been so relaxed. Worth every penny.
