The staff at OSL are great, they really care for my mom and are wonderful in every way. I really like the smaller size for her with a small number of residents, I really feel like she would have been overwhelmed in one of the bigger places.

Optimized has an amazing staff that really cares. They give each resident a lot of attention and always provide great care. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, supportive home for their loved one.

Of course we would have loved to keep Grammy with family but when it wasn't possible any longer, there couldn't have been a better place. An intimate, caring and home-like environment with 24/7 care by staff that treated her like family. Thank you.

A very nice place to go. It's clean and the workers are friendly and help get their clients ready for departure on time. Parking is ample for any visitors. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, so getting in and out is a breeze for absolutely everyone, even if you need your loved ones picked up for an event or appointment.

My husband, Jerry, was a resident of Angels Care Family Home, which is now Optimized Senior Living for two months. The home is set up as an open concept home. Jerry had his own room with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and all his own furniture, pictures, etc. It is an open-concept home with the living areas open to the kitchen and a patio; all accessible to the residents.
