I have been working at Angels at Heart for a year now and I love everyone from the staff to the residents we are a family this is best job I have ever had I am thankful everyday for Mrs Laretta and Mr Corey for a being the Blessing they are
Starting a new position and I’m loving the family atmosphere. I made the best decision of my life. The facility is so clean and staff is so friendly and sweet.... the staff welcomed me in with open arms I have never been in a facility when it’s so peaceful with all females with no gossiping or downgrading each other.... I am ready for this new beginning and what I can bring to the table, so Loretta I am thankful that you have given me the opportunity to grow with your team. Thank you and much love.....
I'm very disappointed in the care they gave my Grandfather. Once I saw the nurses and how they treat them I took my grandfather home immediately. These people only care for them selves and trying to get money out of elderly people. The facility is disgusting the bathrooms had mold all in the grout and the showers were flooding where my grandfather feet where submerged in water, which he can barley walk. He also called me and told me he was hurting so bad because the new nurse wouldn't give him his meds. Totally inappropriate... read more
Grandmother was sent here from the hospital. We went to pick her up. The owner was extremely combative, told us lies, and said "You only want her for her money." Lady, are you running a charity? What do you want my grandmother for? Edit: My mistake for assuming the person talking to us was the owner, but I certainly have the right place. Everything else stated above is 100% the truth. Find out who was running the show on July 6th and reprimand/fire them immediately. You don't want such a rude person to be managing the place ... read more
