Never called my aunt to confirm when services started. Someone showed up, and my aunt told them that she was going to physical therapy today and that she was disappointed no one called. The woman who showed up (Jessica) must’ve LIED and said she was rude to her. Jen (the woman my aunt talked to) wouldn’t work with her at all. This company has gone “above and beyond” for my father . Everyone is readily available to answer questions that I have and more importantly care for my father the way he needs . I have even been able to reach out during non business hours and receive a timely response when I need help. I would highly recommend this company!

My father had the worst experiences with this company, never on time, always cancellations, they barely did any assistance but the bare minimum and never stayed the allotted times that were paid for. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Wouldn't recommend these services to a dying dog. They deserve negative stars.
