The man that answered the phone was very rude, I explained several times that my son's friends moved the furniture for us, and he just kept insisting a moving company moved it, and who was paying for it. Very very rude!
One of the two rails of my bed frame broke, and I was let down by another handyman service that made me wait a whole day and never show up. On Monday evening I called Angelo asking for help. He asked for some photos of the damage, reviewed them and was able to send me an experienced handyman the morning after! He did a superb job, not onle repaired and reinforced the broken rail, he also added additional support to the other rail, tha did not need repair, to prevent future issues. Fantastic!!! We thought my husbands favorite chair was a total loss, one call to Angelo and they fixed it in 30 minutes! A simple motor change and the chair is as good as new
I thought my 2500 dollar chair was a gonner. The headrest was bent out of shape and damaged badly. Angelo's furniture repairman made better than new.
Made a call to have a recliner serviced, the technician was nice and diagnosed the issue to a faulty switch and told me I would hear back when the switch part was located but never heard back. So when I called to get a status, I was informed that they did not locate the switch, and therefor could not repair my recliner. I'm disappointed that a recliner repair store could not repair my recliner and they never called me back with any type of status or that they did not find the component. Leaving me still without any fix.
