They’ve did four of our handknotted wool rugs. Three were easy, but we had one with a musty odor that was bothering my sensitive-nosed partner to no end. After we got it cleaned, it still smelled, but we contacted Angelos and they took it. They brought it back smelling great, when they cleaned it this time they did it, really deeply! Really friendly and really great service!

10 stars! Brian and Angelo went above and beyond all expectations! I was so impressed that I have them also cleaning my huge Persian Rug that I inherited and I’ve had in storage. It came from a cat friendly home and the team is aware of my cat/dust allergies, and I’m sure this one will also come back clean as a whistle. So impressed with their personable customer service as well*****
