Fui al taller de Angelo para cambiar un catalizador y mi experiencia fue muy mala. Sin mi autorización ni mi conocimiento, llevaron mi vehículo a otro lugar para realizar el trabajo. Considero que es una falta de respeto que un taller entregue o mueva tu carro a otro sitio sin pedir permiso al propietario. “I brought my car to this shop for repairs and unfortunately had a very bad experience. After the work was completed, my vehicle had additional problems that were not present before. I spent more money trying to fix the new issues and was disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. I suggest customers get a detailed estimate and document their vehicle’s condition before any work is done.”
