I will leave this review on Google and yelp! Agent Miguel Alvarez in was so very helpful, nice and actually fun to talk to. State farm's texts can be a bit unprofessional when they do not get a payment. I've been a customer for a very long time and I hate when I get a text from them. Miguel was very nice about it made sure I was calmed down and actually even took my payment over the phone. Great customer service keeps a customer so I suggest you keep Miguel and give him a raise!
Nidia is simply the best. She helped me so much with my insurance and took the time to explain everything clearly. What could have been a stressful process was made easy because of her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. She truly goes above and beyond for people.
