just moved to area called dr mallozzi office to see him as a new patient , the woman that answered the phone was very rude ,first she asked what type of insurance i have "which is common" when i mentioned bcbs of texas she states i don,t think we take that where it clearly states they do. second she tells me oh he not accepting new patients which it clearly say he do and prior to that last week i called to see if he was accepting new patients and was told yes,i just didnt have my id card at the time smh. then she proceed to ... read more
