I came to Angelo Integrative Therapy completely broken. I was taking the most medication I have ever been on for anxiety, depression, and chronic ptsd from abuse. Yet, I was just a shell. I visited Angelo Integrative Therapy for help with persistent anxiety and insomnia at bedtime. Dr. Owens talked with me about how/when I started having trouble and applied therapies to encourage my body to do what it is intended to do. She is so knowledgeable and caring.
