Really prompt, efficient, kind service - solved problem in our home very quickly!
My car cannot charge using the provided 8' cable based on where Angelo did the electrical work (he did not give me a heads up on this). So we've been without a charger since buying the car Now we need to buy $600+ in additional charging equipment and pay for an additional installation (or he would charge me $thousands to do it in a new location) I asked in an exceedingly polite way if Angelo would consider a $50 discount on price. Michael was very responsive getting to our house. We had an electrical GFCI outlet issue. Super personable and easy going. Only took 15 minutes for him to solve our issue. Didn’t charge us anything for the quick visit! Highly Recommend!
