Dr. Gousse is good. However, the people who work for him secretary, front desk receptionist has poor customer service skills. My dad had an appointment for 10:45am . We got there at 9:47am. As time pass I asked the front desk rep how long will it be before they call him. She said he next. 20 min went by and they called 3 people and he wasn’t one. After speaking with the nurse in the back he was seen 5min after. Poor customer service but the Dr is great.
I have called multiple times and left multiple messages for the doctor to call me back and no one returns my phone calls. I spoke with Wendy regarding my prescription and the Doctor never return my phone call. I scheduled a telehealth call for 5:30 pm on 8/21/20 and the Doctor never called. I had to call the office and leave a message with the answering service about my missed telehealth appointment.
