I am truly at a loss for words by the way I was treated at Dr DiCenso’s office for simply coming in to pick up a Medical Release Authorization form for my elderly grandparents who are rapidly declining in the care of this negligent practice!!!! The receptionist had a massive problem with our grandparents wanting to seek care elsewhere that she actually slammed the window in my face in front of a room full of patients!!!! If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. If you are looking for a good talker, someone who connects with their patients on a surface level and wants a script easily written with no questions asked—look no further here’s your guy. Dr Dicenso and his staff are so caring and sensitive in helping me and my family. He never makes you feel afraid and directs you to the appropriate help. He always listens as does his staff to your concerns. Blessed to have him.
