Dirty flood water is evil to your precious family photos- that's a fact. But Troy is my newest Super Hero. After much searching for help, he came through amazingly. He was so easy to work with, he went out of his way to explain in detail the pricing for the work and he found a hidden treasure under a damaged photo. Fast, easy, all questions answered timely. I can't think of enough adjectives. You must give him a try, you'll be happy.
Troy went above and beyond for two separate bookings: The first was a photoshoot for the Frederick Children's Chorus Little Music Makers concert.
