Another person here who had a reasonable quote, agreed to it and then never heard from them. When I tried to find out when they might do the work, it was the deflection "I'll have to check with Chad" and no return call. This was more than once. If I left a message, there was no return call.
Came out and gave a quality estimate to remove rock. Said he'd stop by in a week or two to remove it. After three weeks, I reached out and reception said she'd talk to him. After a couple more weeks, I left voicemails two different times with no reply. After a third call, a guy left a voicemail that was very vague sounding like he couldn't do it anymore because I had added some more rock to be removed (keep in mind that two months had passed and I had mentioned it in each contact that I would be willing to pay more for the e... read more
