They make and confirm an appointment (May-1 at 9am) then cancel WITHOUT informing me. When I show up for my scheduled appointment they refuse to see my pets! I received very unprofessional treatment from them and was VERY INSULTED by the poor treatment I received. That is no way to treat a long term customer! I was VERY disappointed that they made no attempt to correct the mistake they ADMITTED they made. My dogs and I were punished for their incompetence!
