I called ahead of time to reschedule for both my pets.i called about a week ahead and they said we can’t schedule both together anymore because you keep rescheduling. I said yeah but I call ahead of time and I live far. They said well you chose to come here!!! How professional !!

I had to reschedule my appointment for my cat, Florentina Rose, twice due to scheduling issues on both my part and Angell Essex - not for the negative! Life happens, and the staff treated me with the utmost respect, dignity and flexibility. They were extremely communicative and amicable each time, and did not pressure me to rush an appointment. This place is amazing. The staff is absolutely AMAZING. So nice, personalities are welcoming and make you comfortable whatever you are there and very informative too. I have a toy poodle who was there for a dental procedure. I was nervous beyond nervous, I am a pain ..truly I am.. One of those owners constantly calling or when I am there babbling..and they dealt with me with absolute kindness and supportive. because I am one of those over the top owners because shes so small, They made me feel very comfortable and less scare... read more
