Hair ruined here! I called Brenda to confirm she could do ombré; she said yes and told me to come in immediately. She never disclosed she wouldn’t be doing my hair. Instead, her stylist Gabby (acting on her behalf) bleached my hair into a patchy, brassy light brown with over-bleached streaks so blonde they looked green—nothing like my inspo pic.
