AVOID THIS OFFICE. Doctor Babuji is great but the office was bought by Prime apparently and is now impossible to deal with. I can’t message my doctor, the portal doesn’t work, and no one called me back. I’ll be switching doctors which is a shame because Dr Babuji is really good! But the office is a PITA after being acquired by prime health. I’ve called 4 days in a row with no call back or answer. Best PCP I ever had. Unfortunately, she left the practice that takes my insurance. Reading the reviews, I see why. What a pity. Back to the drawing board and the parade of incurious, dismissive doctors who inevitably drive me to skip my followups.
Dr. Babuji is great, but her staff is terribly disorganized and negligent. I've tried calling many times to get my prescription refilled, and for the past two weeks, I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. The prescription line's voicemail is full and they don't answer the regular office line even though I call during work hours. I even left a voicemail on the regular line and never got a call back. I've been out of my medication for over a week now and will be looking for a new PCP.
It doesn't seem like they are open anymore. I have called three days in a row and have left several voicemails and there has been no response. I have been trying to set up an appointment, and the "Mycart" App also has no option to contact them.
