It doesn't seem like they are open anymore. I have called three days in a row and have left several voicemails and there has been no response. I have been trying to set up an appointment, and the "Mycart" App also has no option to contact them.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. The last three times I’ve tried to get my medication filled, the office has taken multiple weeks to sort out my prior authorization. The office never answers the phone and takes days to respond, if they ever even do. I’ve also felt regularly dismissed by my doctor and told to just “keep an eye” on things that I’m presenting as an issue. I’ll be finding a new doctor at an entirely separate office as soon as I possibly can.
The doctor is amazing ! However, the app and office make it hard to pay the bill and then keep charging without posting the updated fee.
Very substantial concerns and a major health / safety issue. I have been on a preventative medication for 10+ years. Now my health is being weaponized against me if I refuse to undergo numerous unsubstantiated medical procedures against my will and without substantiation or counsel. Doctor Babuji is great but the office was bought by Prime apparently and is now impossible to deal with. I can’t message my doctor, the portal doesn’t work, and no one called me back. I’ll be switching doctors which is a shame because Dr Babuji is really good! But the office is a PITA after being acquired by prime health. I’ve called 4 days in a row with no call back or answer. UPDATE a few months later and communication from the office has been great so I updated it
