The customer service is pitiful. When youorder food for delivery it never arrives. When you call about your order well over an hour later you get excuses and additute. From wrong orders, burnt food to 2 + hour deliveries. This problem has been going on for over a year. I have talked to a manager before. Told me it was being handled. Not the case. And there NEVER seems to be anyone in management there!!!
