Terrible. Very disrespectful. Accepted as a new patient, waited over a month for an appointment and then she cancels on appointment day and drops you as patient with no explanation, like I said very disrespectful. Phones don't work so you can't ask why, nothing there really works. I recommend finding real doctor not this joke of doctor.

Unfortunately for Dr. Slota the office is very poorly managed. It is next to impossible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When you call the mail box is full. When you leave a message for her assistant you do not receive a call back. I have experienced this problem more than once. Today is April 15th I cannot cancel my appointment with Dr. Slota because the mail box is full. As a patient I have reached my breaking point with this practice and will research finding a new PCP.

This practice is not very responsive. My father was in the ER and on mamy different occassions to contact the office there is no answer. We leave message upon message and no response to the point where my father goes to the office to get the info needed. The main # mail box is full all the time. I am not sure i understand how a medical practice like this survives if there is no communication and lack of response.

Dr. Slota is a lovely doctor with great knowledge, as well as being very warm and caring towards her patients. I’m really happy I chose her as my primary doctor. I also highly recommend the receptionist Monika and the nurse, Mrs. Magda.
