BE AWARE ladies. Last month, my screen was cracked not even a full screen. Just a few MINOR cracks. The man told me $145 over the phone. When I came in person the next day, he tried to tell me $145 for a raised screen on my phone or $245 if I wanted a flat regular screen. I opted for a raised screen, because like I told him, you told me $145 and that’s exactly what you getting. Fantastic! My wife's MacBook Air totally crashed, totally! AND, of all things, when I went to use the Time Machine Backup we always keep updated, on the same day, it would not show any backups or files. Dead in the water. Gabriel worked and worked and researched and worked and got the external hard drive working and installed a hard drive in the Air laptop, got it all set up and working!!!!!!!! Incredible and fast service! My laptop fried earlier this year, and I had a lot of important art and story files on there. He walked me through how to unlock the hard drive and pulled all my files onto a flash drive. It was all there and I was able to pick right up where I left off!
