I have no complaints.. this is an honest man trying to make a honest living. Even when I was willing to pay for his efforts to fix my phone, he refused because he couldn't accomplish the task at the price he asked. My phone needed more detailed work that he COULD have done. But I didn't feel the cost was appropriate for my aging phone. I'll definitely be back the next time I need help with my devices:)
