The customer services was amazing and the owner is very friendly
This place was a struggle to buy a dress for my daughter. After buying a dress and the dress was never received, I had to struggle to get a refund for a dress that was never received. Customer service sucks.
Don’t waste you’re time going here, paid $50 to reserve a spot so my daughter can try on a few dresses that were a “new collection”. That day came and she states she forgot and was on her way to the shop, I call later on and she said she was stuck in traffic, rescheduled and nothing. Till this day we never got a set date to try on the dresses and never got a refund, same thing happened to my friend and her daughter and when she spoke to Angelica she stated that she was returning the dresses… hmmm something is not right.
