Dangerous & Dirty! Stay away. Keep your kids far away. Dr. Iancu gave my 9 yr old son an x-ray when I said No! -- as he had x-rays 6 mths before -- dangerous! Then Dr. Iancu made his gums bleed while she cleaned his teeth, he cried; she asked him if he had a girlfriend, embarrassed him, tickled him, and hugged him. That's for starters! This is probably the first review I ever left in my life. That's how bad this experience was at this office. They don't greet everyone or even attempt to make you feel welcomed. My check-up was mostly about my dentist trying to convince me to pay out of pocket. All she spoke to me about was money. 10% of that conversation was about my teeth. They also lied about information regarding my insurance company. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Dr. Iancu is Awesome! So professional and seems dedicated to her patients. She was very knowledgeable, & was able to explain throughly to me what the problems were with my teeth. She also has the best staff around - Much gratitude to her office. Thank you for such a great experience.
Great experience. Everyone in office was super friendly. After taking xrays Dr. Iancu told me exactly what I needed to have done. She tells it like it is and made me feel like I had a say in the treatment process. I made the appointment after seeing great reviews on zocdoc and know I understand why she has such a great score.
Any place I go to, I like the feeling of being welcomed and invited. Walking into this office, I feel just that. The office was clean. The medical assistance/receptionist was very friendly. Afterwards, I met with the dental assistance who inquired about the concerns that I had and she walked me throughout each procedure that she was completing.
