Francu is an amazing doctor. She has taken great care of me for the better part of a decade. That being said… DO NOT come here for lab work. The lady is so slow. I’ve had to walk out TWICE now after waiting well over an hour each time. I think maybe one person was seen in that time. People have to take time out of their day for these services. They shouldn’t have to wait that long. Especially when you show up 30 minutes early to be SECOND on the list.
I really like doctor Francu. But they are shorthanded in answering phones, returning calls, and making appointments over the phone.
Dr. Francu is my doctor, she really cares about her patients, I drive from warren to see her.
Dr. Francu is a great doctor and she’s actually my family doctor. While I do like seeing Dr. Francu, I dislike that I have to call the office so many times to get through. Most of the time, they are just sitting there, not wanting to answer the phone. I’ve witnessed them constantly placing folks on hold just to talk to one another. That is not acceptable at all. Please do better or hire better staff.
She has been my pcp for many years. She is very nice, caring and listens to the patients. I recommend her to all of my friends. She is the best and makes you feel very comfortable.
