Dr. Francu is my doctor, she really cares about her patients, I drive from warren to see her.
Dr. Francu is a great doctor and she’s actually my family doctor. While I do like seeing Dr. Francu, I dislike that I have to call the office so many times to get through. Most of the time, they are just sitting there, not wanting to answer the phone. I’ve witnessed them constantly placing folks on hold just to talk to one another. That is not acceptable at all. Please do better or hire better staff.
She has been my pcp for many years. She is very nice, caring and listens to the patients. I recommend her to all of my friends. She is the best and makes you feel very comfortable.
I have been going to Doctor Francu for over 7 years. She is a great doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and cares about their well being.
My mother has been a patient of Dr. Frâncu for a couple of years, possibly two or three. While I have no complaints about Dr. Frâncu herself, who seems competent, the staff at her office is utterly deplorable.
