We lost a blanket during a hospital stay. Was told to contact Emerald Textiles. I contacted the person that handles the lost items and she confirmed they had it. However, I was not authorized to ask for it back and had to go through the hospital and ask them to ask for it back. The hospital was dumbfounded and did not help at all. Still do not have my custom blanket. Its probably been destroyed by now.
It's my work place. The staff was okay, but the management team was horrible.
