Very disappointing experience. I was getting a basic acrylic set and, during my appointment, I asked the nail tech about pricing for nail designs because I’m looking for a salon closer to home in Gainesville. During that conversation, she told me my $60 service would also include a $5 charge for shaping and a $5 charge because my nails were considered “long.” I questioned the long-nail charge because my nails were medium length, not long. I made an appointment via their website and it accepted with the text notified the appointment confirmation. However, when I showed up for my appointment on time and I still have to wait 20 minutes for my service. What’s the point of making an appointment!!!

Unhealthy, careless service I had , the woman cut my cuticle badly , it bleed , wasn’t caring or didn’t know how to take care of it , until other staff came and took care of my bleeding nail.
