MINUS 5 STARS -* * * * * Spoke to a rep in late October to have a walk-in appointment schedule mid November. Showed up on the day of my appointment to the Jacksonville location only to find out the door was locked at 3PM. Called their number and the agent told my they are not open today and that location will not be accepting new patients because it will be closing down soon.
