Very poor communication between customer and office. You do not actually speak with a doctor but rather, the secretary. Phone tech says" let me go check, hang on I'll go ask, or we'll call you back when I get the answer to your question" . Their great in the beginning, get your money, and frustrating there after. I do not recommend after the 4 years.
Dr. O is the most understanding and compassionate Doctor in Daytona Beach. I recommend everyone go to her.
