Years ago I believe this probably was a nice place for loved ones. Now it is run into the ground. No one truly cares for these people here. It is just a paycheck to them. They are rude beyond belief and do not take good care of their residents. They do not get a well balanced diet, they live in the same clothes for a week at a time. My grandpa was here and was only actually taken care of by family stopping by or hospice once they came in. They raised rates without notice and truly don’t care about your family. The staff working with residents, are not qualified to be doing this work, they are young teenagers, the owners friends and family, no adequate training. The owner had a family (with children and dogs) living in the downstairs of this facility, who also paid rent, that’s very illegal for this type of home care facility. My mother was there for quite some time they did such a wonderful job taking care of her the owner is such a wonderful person, I would recommend her to anyone God bless you guys keep up the good work. 🙏
My grandmother was placed here for about a year and we absolutely love this place! The staff and owner are all so personable and friendly, the home is well maintained and I stuck around for dinner a few times and got to enjoy some of their yummy leftover homemade food with my gram!
