HORIBBLE! I can't even get them on the phone to make an appointment. Terrible way to build a patient's trust.
Ok y'all this is another one of them times I hesitated to leave a review because I don't want y'all filling up the waiting room (I do but I don't)...Dr. Joy (Doctorate degree as a Nurse Practitioner y'all)... 😍 AMAZING. She takes her time...listens...feels...explains...validates...uses tact...empathizes...is discerning... genuine... compassionate...relatable. Angelic Clinical Services has the best service! I went on Thursday and the staff was professional, kind and compassionate.
I found the office through Google so I was a little skeptical. From the time I walked through the door I experienced nothing but amazing service. She was very informative and patient with me. Such a great Nurse Practitioner. Glad I found her.
