I just called to make transportation arrangements for a disabled persons doctors appointment. Shane, who clearly sounded like I interrupted his nap, advised they DO NOT accept medicaid waivers (although it's clearly in bold on their site), or any other type of insurance reimbursement or discount plans. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY! So make sure not to book or/and expect to be reimbursed for transportation unless your insurance company confirms it with you in advance.

This was my first time using this transportation company, Humana Gold Plus insurance / Motivcare transportation 4/17/23. Outsourced Angelet's Non-Emergency. I received a confirmation call on Friday at 5:15pm confirming my pickup time at 9:10am. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO PICK ME UP. I was waiting since 9am until 9:20am. I had to be at my doctor appointment at 9:50am in Hollywood only 20 minutes away. I had to drive myself and I had a big surgery for skin cancer. The driver was on time. He treated my godfather with great care and respect, and a very friendly staff. Customer service provided me with the information and gave me a great price for the roundtrip..
