We agreed on my lenses that would be done for my glasses. They were gonna be round and they gave me a different shape that I didn’t want and didn’t ask for and I’m just stuck with it so I’m very unhappy for the lack of service and not listening to me.
Pros: Staff seems friendly and likeable .. Saw a new Dr. And he was FANTASTIC and thorough... It's some of the best service, and healthcare that "I've" gotten in Port Angeles... Cons: Glasses pricing seemed a bit high to me... The appointments are booked so far out....
Very pleased to do business here I showed up 4 hours early thought my appointment was at 10:00 I was wrong but they made it work I appreciate these guys
