I had a very unpleasant experience with a nurse named Cynthia during my visit to this clinic. She was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional while taking my vitals. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a patient. What was even more inappropriate was a comment she made about my son’s hair. I found the comment completely unnecessary and inappropriate, especially coming from a healthcare professional. Not our usual clinic….Long wait time just for a vaccine. The pediatrician was very boastful about herself meanwhile I’m trying to get in and out and go! She wasn’t really helpful either when I told her my son accidentally threw away his prescription cleaning up, the energy she gave was accusatory. Won’t be returning and I’m Actually going to change his doctor to a African American doctor just for my own peace of mind at this point:
