Dr. Carta is fantastic!! i have been with her for many,many years now...and so has my family...me, my mom, my dad, my husband...also my grandmother, uncles....she is amazing..she is so good,caring..
I left a message 4 days ago to have some one call in some medication and to call me and have yet to hear from anyone and th prescription was never called in. I called the office yesterday. Still no prescription. When you call this office you sit on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Dr Carta is great but the office needs work with Customer Service.
Dr Carta is the best Doctor I have seen in a long time. She is very kind and listens to you. Dr. Carta makes you feel like you are the only person that she cares for. I absolutely adore her manner and knowledge. Mary LeRoux
Whatever time your appointment is scheduled for you'll wait at least 30 mins before they take you in.. I thought it was a fluke the first time but here I am sitting... waiting... again... My appointment was at 345. I was brought into a room at 410, it's now 425 & still waiting. I told the assistant girl that I had to be out at 445 due to having to be home by 5 for my son, babysitter needs to leave at 5.
