Horrible customer service. This is my second time coming here. I said I wasn't going to come back but the food was good. Came back for the second time still horrible.

I'm frequently away from home which is MS so when I see highly rated and praised soul food options I get excited to try it. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it because the staff's frustrations poured into the service so I had to request a refund because I was told there was a wait and when the smothered chicken came out I ended up waiting again because they served people who came in after me. BP Location! Very different from their norm! The Peach Cobbler had a thin liquid base and alot of it! I feel it was a buttered flavored oil, not real butter, as butter is not that consistency once it cools down. And it was swimming in this 'oil' The mac n cheese and greens were just ok. The turkey leg was good. I believe the original cooks are working at the new location (St.Paul) and the old location (Brooklyn Park) has the more inexperienced cooks.
