They walked a client to the door while I was waiting for the bus near by only for them to ask me if I wanted them to do my hair color I said no thank you I do it myself. She said ok if you change your mind, let me know, then in spanish she said my color was terrible as she went back in. She didn't know I knew spanish. I didn't say anything. Because I also could see the store box hairdye that I actually use on her table from the window. I would give this place zero stars if I could. That's not how you get new clients

I do not normally leave bad remarks but I’m appalled! I came to this saloon the ladies were very sweet, and welcoming, I told them I wanted to wash my hair and blow dry, little did I know they added a chemical texturize to my hair without consent, a month later I’m unbraiding my hair and half of my hair is falling off, I ended up going to a black natural hair saloon and they told me something was added to my hair now I’m very cautious and I am a natural hair black girl, I’ve never added any chemical on my hair, if you’re bla... read more
