Will they bother to do your taxes or call? In my case neither. My tax documents have been at their office since early February so this Covid crap is no excuse. I attempted on at least 4 occasions to contact them to get an update on the status of my taxes. Each time the liar at the front desk told me they were being worked on or someone would call me back. None of which was true. After repeated attempts to reach Angela I eventually gave up and came in to get my documents so I can go somewhere to get them done. The entire pack... read more
