I have being in both locations. Staff is VERY friendly and prices are amazing! I will definitively be back every time I need tile.
From service, to quality to price everything went great! The entire staff knew there tile and were all very helpful. I would recommend to anyone in the Fort Myers area looking to tile.
Paid over $16,000 for travetine tile and received broken tile, tile with thinset filled, broken tile that was glued together. Store answer was you paid for travetine and that what you received. Worst customer service ever. Reported to BBB. Avoid these people.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, price was outrageous and quality was sub standard, also had to go back 4 different times to get what I was told was in stock but guess what..no way will I ever go back, Would not recommend to anyone!
The worst experience ever. Delivered wrong tile of lower quality that was purchased, wrong grout and incorrect amount, wrong adhesive and double what was needed for job. Very poor customer service in an attempt to resolve. No resolution met! Left with a head ache and scammed out of money!! Avoid these people!!!
By far the worst experience. I am still in shock at the things the owner, yes Angela herself said. First off I would like to say I am not one to complain or write reviews but after this experience I have to share. Picked out a tile price was maybe a few cents more than one very similar we had found but Angelas had it in stock. tiles were fine the tile installer they suggested was the worst nightmare i have had. JOSE GABRIEL, DESTROYED MY BATHROOM'' worked in taking down the tiles , the wall, the toilet, the vanity and the plumbing in less then 3 hours and never to do any more work, i had given him as per agreement, more then $900.00. he had more excuses for not working which i will not put down, then promise me he could do the entire job in ONE DAY, i called him the miracle worker and fired him. he never returned my money'''''
My husband and I were treated very fairly. They matched the prices of other stores nearby. They went out of there way for us. We came back several times and every time they were helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you need tile!
Low quality product high prices, I would not recommended to my worst enemy..period...
