Used ALC at my wedding reception. I ate so fast and it was such a blur, but I have heard raving reviews from our guests that the food was the best wedding food they have had. ALC was so responsive the entire process and their setup fit in beautifully with our reception. The ladies that set up were very professional and worked with us on some space constraints. The food was beyond our expectations, the chicken was moist and very tasty and the Brisket was tender and had great flavor. The dish that received the most rave reviews was the green beans, so simple yet elegant. You will not go wrong with this caterer.
