Very polite kind curtious and respectful. The women i spoke with said easy fix.i was very relieved. its my dad's chain that is worth 0$ but worth so much sentimentality. I never take it off. I ended buying a very silver mens chain 22inches in length before leaving. I am very thank you .I will be back ! Also I forget the employees name and I do apologize it started with an M . Very polite Thanks again !
