Went in to get a full set of highlights & a cut and they turned out better than I imagined! Angela was able to lift my dark brown hair to blonde in the first session and toned it to such a pretty color. I am so happy with my hair. She’s quick, easy to talk to, and does beautiful work. Highly recommend!!
First I have to give review on location on cotton is so great, parking is easy. Angela has a great personality and listens what I want. Best color and extensions and really enjoy going into her suite.
