The visit was OK. Nice facility, nice staff. However your system of the colored dots dictating what stage of recovery did not work. It continued to show 1st recovery stage. After 1 1/2 hrs we asked the staff member, she advised it showed I was in both 1st & 2nd stages of recovery. But in fact they had moved me to a room for my overnight stay and didn't inform my family. Thx

I was transferred from Clearwater Valley Health in Orofino to Kootenai Hospital for a GI bleed. Everyone I had contacted with was beyond considerant, friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so blessed with the excellent care I received and I thank each and everyone who were working over Labor Day weekend!!
I came to the ED with shortness of breath. From the ED to the care I got while there I received wonderful care by compassionate caring staff. I was there for 24 observation. The nurses we very knowledgeable and very professional. Also had a fourth year nursing student doing training in the ED. blew the vein on my left forearm but I knew there was a possibility of infiltration since I am a retired nurse of 30 years. I have no complaints.
