Hmmm where do I begin. I wish at my job I could get away with talking to patients the way these front desk people do. It’s annoying to have to be polite to people lol. It may just be this location because I have been to riverside office previously and never experienced watching how they were talking to a patient as I came in for my appointment. My son seen three doctors and responded with “it may be due to hormones, hair follicle, wait and see…” I decided to take my son to this practice to see Dr. Shvartzman. The Doctor is confident, well seasoned and subject matter expert in dermatology, and exudes high level of professionalism. He also educated me the cyst is genetic. I have gone here for years and I do not know what has happened to customer service at this practice. I used to always have a good experience and now not so much. A few months ago we discssed having 4 lesions removed from my eyelids. I asked three times by phone what the out of pocket would be and was told it was covered by insurance. I asked about recovery time, and no one knew and said I would find out when I was there. I asked if I needed to be driven, they did not know.... (So I took someone.) I am an established patient. I made an appointment and when I got there the waiting room had 25 people ahead of me waiting and it was noon. This would make me have to wait for three or four hours so I rescheduled the appointment for 7:45 am. I would be the second person to see the doctor. I got there at 7:30 to fill out the yearly paperwork. The waiting room once again filled up with patients with appointments. I could tell the doctor had not arrived yet. They finally took me back and told me the doctor was not there yet. I ... read more
