I have gone here for years and I do not know what has happened to customer service at this practice. I used to always have a good experience and now not so much. A few months ago we discssed having 4 lesions removed from my eyelids. I asked three times by phone what the out of pocket would be and was told it was covered by insurance. I am an established patient. I made an appointment and when I got there the waiting room had 25 people ahead of me waiting and it was noon. This would make me have to wait for three or four hours so I rescheduled the appointment for 7:45 am. I would be the second person to see the doctor. I got there at 7:30 to fill out the yearly paperwork. The waiting room once again filled up with patients with appointments. I could tell the doctor had not arrived yet. They finally took me back and told me the doctor was not there yet. I ... read more
