My experience with the office, mainly with Gatekeeper Elizabeth, was atrocious. It took over a month for me to even get a hold of them to get an appt. They never returned my messages. Then once arriving to the office, Elizabeth scolded me as if she was the infamous Mommie Dearest. Who needs that? The practice lost my business for good. The worst part is it seems Dr. Edna Tokayer and Dr. Angela Richter approve of Elizabeth's dreadful people skills after reading other reviews. Dr. Richter is a very smart. I had a terrible experience on Prolia, the drug they give out like candy here in South Florida, that took a year of my life with heart palpitations and terrible GERD where before I was just fine. When I went back to the prescribing doctor and showed her that on the Amgen website it said that one-third of the women in the clinical trials dropped out because of heart palpitations and GERD, that doctor told me I was imagining it. Let me start off by saying that I've never seen the doctor, but if her front desk is a representation of her then I dodged a bullet. I called today to schedule and let me just say her receptionist is not a nice person without going into to much I just had to say no thank you and hang up. Doc if you ever need your ladies to have so front office training I know the person for you.
