All the nurses were great but when being discharged doctors said ok at 10:00 am. I told nurse that we will need transportation home. Got call from hospital at 1pm saying 3to4 pm for transport. So no lunch didn’t leave until 6:30 pm. This needs improvement. I gave them plenty of time to get it scheduled.
Angela is always great. She’s very attentive to my needs and concerns.
