This dentist refuses to see whole families if one child misses an appointment. I was referred to this dentist, I suppose because they are the only pediatric facility in town, for my youngest child that has never even been seen here. I was told my entire family was “dismissed” due to my older child missing an appointment over FIVE years prior. We have scheduled at 10:10 this morning. we were there on time. They told us our appointment was 9:30 . So we were late . We can see the doctor today. They need to reschedule. And we need to pay miss appointment fee .They sent me a email and texted messages confirming that our appointment was 10:10 . That’s ridiculous.
My son has autism and it's been so hard for him to feel comfortable at a dentist office. From the moment we walked into the office till we left they actually cared about his feelings and if he was comfortable. They took such great care of him and took the time to explain everything they were doing or going to do. I wanted to cry watching him lay in the chair and get his teeth cleaned because he never let anyone touch him before. Thank you so much to the staff and the dentist. I highly recommend them.
Rude doctor. If u miss a appointment they wont see u. I think thats so wrong. Now if i got to go to a dentist we have go go out of town.
Dr. Patterson and her staff are fabulous. Even during this Covid crises they have made everything so easy. I highly recommend them!
