If I could give her zero stars, I would. I have never felt as disrespected by a “medical professional” as I have today. She is extremely condescending, inattentive and yelled at me then stormed out of the office while I was trying to explain what I needed as she asked. I typically have no issues at this doctors office. Maybe she was having a bad day but that shouldn’t be the patients fault.
She met viral with my Sister today. She is rude, impatient, short-tempered and would not clearly answer her questions. She did not make my Sister feel confident or secure. Angela Oldani is an Arrogant Nurse Practitioner. This is becoming very common with SSM. Her harshness did not satisfy my Sister who is very I'll. She was even rude and spoke harshly to her family member who was there to support her. I've never heard a Nurse Practitioner treat a patient that way.
