We were the first ones there in urgent care and the last ones to be called , if they triage! I was in excruciating pain I had a torn ligament. I was in a lot of pain needed to be seen to get that confirmation. People that were in line before me were called people in line behind me were called people in line that came way after everybody were called and I was left last they said because I was assigned to one doctor and that one doctor was still with that one patient and I was the second one. The blood draw done by professional, this time Connie only need one try and succeeded. Great job.
We loved how there wasn’t a long wait. Other places you have an appointment and there is still a long wait. Very professional and the Doctor took the time to talk to us, and recommended a solution to each one.
I have gotten a lot of blood drawn and Nicole by far was the best. Very easy no pain.
Despite all the technical snafus with the app connecting you for your appointment, I was very pleased with the kindness, patience, and knowledge skills to make everything work out great!
