If I could give zero stars, I would — and this review is directed at the doctor only. I have stage 4 cancer, and I’ve been waiting over two months for essential paperwork. I’ve been calling for weeks trying to get answers, and while the staff has been polite, the doctor has shown no urgency or concern about helping me get this done. I am a physician, and I recently acted as a patient advocate for a dear friend with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Dr. Marcelino is one of the finest physicians I have ever worked with. She listens to her patients, and she interacts with them in their emotional space. She offers intelligent choices without telling people what to do.
